Special, unusual with a very pleasant reception.

The place was quaint, fairly clean, had good location and cleanliness. The room exceeded all expectations, compact with bedding made up every day.

Serviceable hotel, the staff were all extraordinary service-minded and highly professional and the location was picturesque right in the old city centre. The bed was good, and the room was bright. A continental breakfast was lovely, included awesome dishes.

Good value in a central location. That was unbeatable hotel set in excellent area, so close to the centre of town, the Grand Place, the cathedral. Also, we could explore heroes square nearby. So pleasant personnel, were happy to help.

The staff was ELEGANT and the place was exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was particularly good, staff were very-very nice, location was brilliant. The room was common and warm, we loved it. Fine base for an overnight stay. Such a spectacular service too.

Ugly views from the window.

Considering other options in Arras this one is good value. The location was great, plus the breakfast was extensive. We truly enjoyed the garden view. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

Would recommend this hotel in Arras. Make sure you stay in the single room with the view of the inner courtyard. There was a modest restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

The hotel is very clean, stuff are helpful and breakfast is sensational. Room was a great value for money. The property was centrally placed. Spent a nice evening at L'assiette au Boeuf, located next to the venue. It was worth its 3 stars.

We could have lunch in Anagram Restaurant set within 200 metres. We loved staying at les trois luppars. We recommend this property...
